6:30 AM – Slow Morning & Coffee by the Sea
Ease into the day with a warm drink and the ocean at your feet. Let the island set the pace — soft, steady, alive.
7:00 AM – Pre-Surf Stretch & Breathwork
Wake up your body and focus your breath. Prepare to meet the waves with presence and intention.
7:45 AM – 10:00 AM – Surf Coaching + Drone Session
Your wave, your moment. Personalised coaching, playful energy, and drone footage to capture your ride (and the splashy bits too).
10:30 AM – Beachside Brunch
Fuel up with fresh fruit, homemade bread, local eggs, and whatever your body’s asking for after the surf.
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Video Review & Chill Time
Watch your session clips with your coach. Celebrate progress, swap feedback, and laugh with the crew.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Light Lunch & Midday Reset
A nourishing, local lunch served in the shade. Then: nap, float, journal, or simply do nothing at all.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Free Time or Optional Workshop
Use the space however you need. Join an optional surf theory session, breathwork circle, or grab a smoothie and roam General Luna.
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM – Sunset Yoga or Meditation
Let the day land with a slow, grounding practice. Movement, stillness, or simply being as the light fades.
7:00 PM – Dinner Under the Stars
A shared table, island-inspired dishes, and the kind of conversations that flow effortlessly.
9:00 PM – Late – Bonfire, Music or Stargazing
