About us
Who is Agrado?
Agrado is a queer-led surf and island experience born in Siargao. We create small-group trips, private escapes, and custom add-ons that blend waves, wellness, and local culture into one easy-going adventure. Everything is designed to feel personal, flexible, and welcoming—so you can show up, slow down, and connect with the island (and yourself) in the best possible way.
Below, meet the people who make it all happen.
Meet your Host
Jaime first came to Siargao by chance, drawn by the island’s waves and the simplicity of life around them. Over time, what started as a personal journey began to grow into something more: the idea of creating a space where people could come together through surf, nature, and shared experiences. From that vision, Agrado was born — a project shaped by joy, freedom, and community.

He/him
Born in Spain and shaped by an international career across Europe, Jaime brings over a decade of experience in marketing, fashion, and brand communication. After working with global brands, he left the corporate world in search of a more intentional way of living. That journey led him to Siargao — and to the creation of Agrado. With strategy, empathy, and creativity at his core, Jaime now builds experiences rooted in joy, human connection, and inclusive community — with surfing always at the center.

Meet the Team
Agrado is more than a travel project — it’s a reflection of the people who work in it. Behind every wave, every shared meal, and every detail of the experience, there’s a team that lives and breathes the island, the surf, and the community spirit we believe in. From branding to board wax, from yoga mats to playlists — we’ve shaped Agrado from the inside out, blending years of experience in travel, culture, and storytelling with a deep love for the ocean and a firm belief in chosen family.
“Here’s who’s making it all happen. Shaped by queer lives and made for those who value freedom, connection, and belonging."
