What Happens Next

You don't need to pay anything today, this is simply a way to make sure you don't miss your wave. As we get closer to opening 2027 bookings, you'll be the first to hear when your chosen window goes live, with first access before we open it to everyone else.

When booking opens, securing your spot only takes a deposit of €150, fully applied to your trip. The remaining balance is split into two parts: 50% due 90 days before the trip, and the final balance due 30 days before departure. This way you can lock in your spot early without committing the full amount right away.

As a thank you for getting in line early, the first five people to book once it opens will get 10% off their trip.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our trips are small and carefully curated, every booking matters. When you reserve a spot, we begin preparing your experience, from confirming accommodation to coordinating with local partners.

Here's how cancellations work:

Your €150 deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable, but fully applied to your trip.

If you need to cancel after your second payment:

  • More than 90 days before the trip starts: full refund of your second payment, minus the €150 deposit.

  • Between 45 and 90 days before the trip: 50% of your second payment will be refunded.

  • Less than 45 days before the trip: your second payment is non-refundable.

Once paid, the final balance is non-refundable.

To keep our groups intimate and our experience consistent, trips may occasionally be merged with a nearby date if minimum group numbers aren't met by the second payment deadline. If this happens, your deposit stays valid for the new date, and you're always free to request a full refund instead.

In case of external disruptions (e.g. illness, flight cancellations, visa issues): we may consider offering a partial refund or a credit for a future trip only if the situation is supported by valid documentation (such as a medical certificate or airline notice). Any such decision is at our discretion and based on operational feasibility.
